These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) are between Retailwala, (“us” or “our”) and you (“User” or “you”). This Agreement sets general terms and conditions of your use of the all services referred by Retailwala. By using the services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you don’t agree with the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the services.
Your use of Retailwala website or the services found at this site after such changes or modifications have been made (as indicated by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page) shall be acceptance of this Agreement as last updated. If you do not agree to the terms of use mentioned in this agreement, you can discontinue with the service or leave the web page. In addition, Retailwala may notify you the changes or modifications to this Agreement by email. Therefore it is important you to keep your registered account information, including your email address active. Retailwala has no liability or responsibility for any failure to receive an email notification if such failure results from an inaccurate or out-of-date email address.

1. Age Eligibility
The Services are intended solely for Users who are eighteen (13+) years of age or older. Any registration, use of or access to the services, by anyone under eighteen (13) is unauthorized and is a violation of this Agreement.
On the time of registration, It is your responsibility to provide accurate, current, and complete information. If there would be any misinterpretation regarding authentication our team will verify you via call or email. Following are the details which must be accurate.

Address
Contact Number
Email address
Billing and payment information
Store & Store’s Owner information etc.
Candidate information (for job applicants)
Other data collected that could directly or indirectly identify you.
2. Third Party Products & Service
All the listed stores or individual profile on Retailwala’s website. Retailwala is not liable on any problems occur during of product or service. Retailwala is ONLY ACT AS A MEDIATOR between Customer & Providers & doesn’t owned any rights. You should confirm the terms of any purchase and the use of goods or services with the specific third party provider with whom you are dealing.
Retailwala does not make any representations or warranties regarding the third party product and services.
3. Third Party Websites
The Services may contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by Retailwala (“Third Party Sites”), as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, sound, video, information, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties (“Third Party Content”). We are not responsible for any Third Party Sites or Third Party Content accessed through the Services. Third Party Sites and Third Party Content are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by Retailwala
4. Billing & Payments
You agree to pay for the services in the time period during which such services are provided. Subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations, payments received will be first applied to the oldest outstanding invoice in your billing account.

TAXES –
Listed fees or rates for the Services do not include any applicable sales, use, revenue, excise or other taxes imposed by any taxing authority. Any applicable taxes will be added to Retailwala’s invoice as a separate charge to be paid by you. All fees are non-refundable.
5. Fraud
It is a violation of this Agreement for you to misuse or fraudulently use debit/credit cards, charge cards, electronic funds transfers, electronic checks, or any other payment method. Retailwala may report any such misuse or fraudulent use, as determined in Retailwala’s sole discretion, to governmental and law enforcement authorities, credit reporting services, financial institutions and/or credit card companies.
6. Prices & Offers Change
Retailwala reserves the right to change prices or any other charges at any time. Prices and features are subject to change without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL RETAILWALA ITS OWNER, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST, PROFITS OR LOST DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, OR ANY USER CONTENT, USER WEBSITES OR OTHER MATERIALS ACCESSED OR DOWNLOADED THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF RETAILWALA IS AWARE, WILL ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. RETAILWALA’S LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY PARTY CLAIMING THROUGH YOU, FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO RETAILWALA FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE INITIAL ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. THIS IS AN AGGREGATE LIMIT. THE EXISTENCE OF MORE THAN ONE CLAIM HERE UNDER WILL NOT INCREASE THIS LIMIT.
9. Disclaimer
Retailwala shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Retailwala makes no warranties of any kind of products. Retailwala disclaims any warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose, including loss of data resulting from delays, delivery failures, wrong deliveries, and any service interruptions caused by Retailwala or our employees.
10. Limited Warranty
THE SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE BASIS.” EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION, RETAILWALA AND OUR EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND OF SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED. RETAILWALA AND OUR EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES (I) THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE OR COMPLETELY SECURE; (II) AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES; OR (III) AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR CONTENT OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES. RETAILWALA AND OUR EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS ARE NOT LIABLE, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY, FOR THE CONTENT OF ANY DATA TRANSFERRED EITHER TO OR FROM USERS OR STORED BY USERS OR THROUGH THE SERVICES. THE TERMS OF THIS SECTION SHALL SURVIVE ANY TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.
11. Changes of Services & Agreements
Retailwala may modify, add, or delete portions of this Agreement at any time. If we have made significant changes to this Agreement, we will post a notice on the Retailwala website for at least (15) days after the changes are posted. You agree to any modification to this Agreement by continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any such modification.
Retailwala reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue any aspect of the products or services at any time.
12. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations to other, without the prior written consent of Retailwala. Any attempted assignment in violation of this Agreement Retailwala has right to take action on it. Retailwala may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement, and may engage subcontractors or agents in performing our duties and exercising our rights to other, without the consent of User. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall insure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

Refund & Cancellation

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY, AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING REFUND AND CANCELLATION AGREEMENT.
Refund Process
If a customer is not satisfied with the services, Customer has to write a request mail to Support Team (“Refund Request”) within (24) hours and money will be refundable after (7) days of withdrawal request.
NOTE: (“Refund Request”) will not be applicable after 24 Hours of service purchase date.
Cancellation Process
You may terminate or cancel the services by giving “Retailwala” written notice via the cancellation form provided. Refund all advance fees for services for the Annual remaining after the effectiveness of such cancellation
